We are one of the leading exporters of PET recyclable bottle flakes to China. Besides, we sell specialised lubricants locally. We are also importer of ball bearings and surgical instruments.
Our business activities cover the following items:
- Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET-Flakes and Lumps), mainly for Export to P.R.China.
- Local sale of Lubricants (oils and greases) for Automotive and Industrial applications.
- Indent of Sewing Threads, Yarns and Fibres from China for textile and garments industries.
- Import of Medical equipments and Surgical instruments from Pakistan and China.
- Import of plastic Containers, Crates and industrial plastic Pallets from India and China.
- Indent of Water proofing materials from Saudi Arabia, Spain and Malaysia.
- Indent of Water and Effluent Treatment systems and their chemicals for local supply.
Our manufacturing, marketing and after-sales service are managed by 40 experienced personnel. The products are delivered from the company warehouse to the distributors/end-users.
We have 9 buyers of PET Flakes and Lumps in P.R. China. Local sale to over 1000 customers in Bangladesh among our 4000 customers served during the last 15 years of our business. PS. We have exported 102 x 40FT Containers earning over US$ 1.60 Million, as of 07-07-2006.
The Sales Team comprising of 14 trained and motivated sales-personnel who ensure that quality products and services are delivered at correct time, suiting our customers’ requirements. They are backed-up by 10 Managements and 16 Staffs for production of pet-bottle-cut flakes and packaging of lubricants, enabling our customers to avail our services for almost 24-hours and 7days basis.

We started our business: from 10th July 1991 in the name of “Super Lube Services” (SLS). We got our firm SLS incorporated on 1st April 1993 in the name of “SLS (PVT) LTD.” With Registered & Main Office: 24, Station Road, Tejgaon, Dhaka-1215, Bangladesh.
SLS PLASTIC FACTORY is owned by our company for the production of HDPE containers of various capacities used for packing SLS-Superlube lubricants. It is also used for PET flakes production purpose. Our first container of PET Flakes was shipped on-board on 30-6-2003 and we have shipped 2,485 MT cargos so far. We have got Chinese government’s Licence AQSIQ No. A050040048 to export Recyclable Materials up to 31-12-2007.
The Managing Director of this Company, a Mechanical Engineer, passed Diploma of Associate Engineering Course in Instrument-Technology from PSTC- Pak-Swiss Training Centre, Karachi, Pakistan in July 1973. Thereafter, got repatriated in Bangladesh in September 1973 and worked in the maintenance, production and commercial departments of the following major companies:
a) SKF-Singapore Dhaka office, SKEFTECH (PVT) LTD., first as Application Engineer from 1st August 1991 and later as General Manager from 1st July 1994, worked up to 31st December-1996.
b) BAT-UK subsidiary in Bangladesh for 7 years from 10th January 1980 to 10th January 1987 as Maintenance Superintendent and later as Production Manager, from January 1984.
c) IIAF - Imperial Iranian Air Force for 2 years from 23rd June 1977 to 23rd June 1979 as Metal Processing Specialist. Had to return 4-months after the Iranian Revolution of February-1979.
d) MAWTS, a CORR-Caritas run technical training centre in Dhaka, as Instructor of Machine Shop for over 1 year from 1st January 1976 to 31st January 1977.
e) SPPM, a Pulp Mill erected by Austro-German consortium, KVK, as Sub-Asstt. Engineer of Machine Shop, from 25th July 1974 to 31st December 1975, first job in the career.
